This Privacy Policy explains what information PixPDF Studio (“we”, “us”) collects when you use pixpdf.cyou, and how it is used. By using the site you agree to this policy.

1. Your files stay on your device

All photo and PDF tools run inside your browser. The files you select are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. We cannot see, access or recover your files. If you close the page, your work is gone.

2. Information we do not collect

• We do not require an account, name or password.
• We do not collect the content of your photos or documents.
• We do not sell your personal information.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our advertising partners may automatically receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page and the date and time of the visit. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, measure traffic and show ads.

4. Data stored in your browser

The site stores a small amount of data in your browser’s local storage, such as your recently used tools, your theme choice and a star rating if you leave one. This data stays on your device and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

5. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies, including advertising IDs, to show ads, measure them and, where permitted, personalise them based on your visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

6. Third-party services

To work, the site loads open-source code libraries and fonts from third-party content delivery networks (for example cdnjs, jsDelivr and Google Fonts). These services receive your IP address and browser information when your browser requests those resources. They do not receive your files.

8. Children

PixPDF Studio is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not keep your files or account data, there is usually little for us to provide, but you can contact us at hello.devdesk@gmail.com with any request.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Because files never leave your device, they are not exposed to us during processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
